All Sales Are Final Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food and confectionery items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders We stand behind the quality of every order we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with the following:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items

We will work with you to issue a discount code on your next order or store credit at our discretion.

Shortages or Missing Items If your order is missing items, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery so we can investigate and make it right.
